To Qualify 

Due to the high demand for our Recruiting Services, we ask families to meet specific requirements to partner with Parent Nanny EDU-Staffing. This selective approach ensures we can dedicate the necessary time and resources to each family, guaranteeing the highest level of service and success in finding the perfect nanny. Our criteria are designed to align with our expertise and ensure that your specific needs are best served, ensuring a mutually beneficial partnership. By meeting these qualifications, families can be confident in our commitment to excellence and personalized support throughout the recruitment process.

Full-Time

Families engaging with our services are expected to offer a stable schedule, ensuring a minimum of 35 hours per week and not exceeding 55 hours, with guaranteed hours.

Market Rates

Compensation must align with the market rates in their service area. Competitive pay is crucial for attracting the most qualified and dedicated nannies.

Hiring Package

A comprehensive hiring package is necessary to secure a nanny through our services. This package should include paid time off (PTO), paid sick leave, and other benefits.

Commitment length

A minimum commitment of  One to two years of engagement with their nanny. We do not offer recruiting for less than one year

Legal Pay

Ensuring legal and above-board compensation is fundamental. Families must be ready to provide legal pay, adhering to all tax and employment laws.

Employment Agreements

Families must engage an employment lawyer to draft a formal agreement, ensuring clear, professional terms of employment. 

The Process:

To initiate the process, we invite you to schedule a consultation. This step allows us to explore whether Parent Nanny EDU-Staffing aligns with your family's needs. During the consultation, we'll discuss the specifics of your location and requests. Afterward, you'll be asked to fill out a family intake form, providing the essential details we require to proceed effectively.

Recruitment 

After a comprehensive intake, Parent Nanny EDU will start the tailored recruiting process, specifically designed to meet your family's unique needs. This process can range from a minimum of 2 weeks to up to 10 weeks, depending on the complexity of the placement and the specific requirements of your family.

Interview and Hiring

During the interviewing and hiring phase, once PNEDU has identified candidates for your consideration, you should be prepared to dedicate time to meet them personally. We guide you through every step, including providing support for conducting interviews. Should you and a candidate mutually agree to proceed, we will handle all negotiations on your behalf, covering logistics and final arrangements. Following successful negotiations, we will facilitate the extension of an official job offer to your chosen candidate.

Your Investment & What It Covers

Parent Nanny EDU-Staffing's comprehensive service begins with an initial deposit to initiate our bespoke recruitment process. In addition to this deposit, our fees include a one-time payment equal to 18% of your nanny's annual income, due at the completion and hire of a Candidate. This fee encompasses a wide range of services:
